khalifa92 Customers are least concerned with the company's financial performance, however, those with long-term relationships with the company have an interest in the company's stability.
Rasikh LEAST being the operative word. The question really stresses the longevity of relationships. The longer relationship you aspire to have, the more invested you become in the financial performance of other company, as you start to seek win-win.
