Assume the the Fed accidentally releases information on its web site on Monday that was scheduled to be released on Tuesday to the public. If the web site is accessible to the public can you trade on the information? Assume I develop a valuation model at work for work but that I spent a few nights/week and some weekends working on the model also, it the model still 100% firm property? Assume the model is the firm's property. If I quit on Friday and rebuild the model at home on Saturday can I still use the model? If I am planning to quit the firm, can I memorize client data at work and make a list at home? |
