Will being in an actual investment job improve one's chances of passing the CFA exams because of sheer job exposure? Or would anyone recommend hitting all the books and materials instead, then getting into actual practice after being comfortable with the material?

I think the consensus so far is that it takes good examination skills on top of everything to improve one's chances for accreditation. Of course, I've been told by my Graduate School professor (a CFA, too)that I'll stay in limbo if I do pass all the exams but not have any investment experience...Anyway, I think I have enough information to plan for the coming three years.
Ok, good luck you fellows!!! I hope you all pass your respective exams!
