hi, I have been in the United States in California, since a couple of months now. I am on an H4 visa here, and it may take nearly an year and a half for us to get our green card. I cant work till then. I hold a Masters in Economics (passed in 2007) from Mumbai University, India and have two years work experiece as a Data Management Executive in a Financial BPO in Mumbai. I have keen interest in the field of Finance and I already have good knowledge of many a Fixed Income, Equity, Corporate Finance products. I would like to give my CFA L1 exam in December 2010. Am I eligible to give to give this exam here in US on the basis of my degree from India or do i need to posses a degree from the US? Thanks. |

I am happy to say that I passed! Your study notes certainly helped prepare me for what was the most difficult exam I had ever taken.
