Are these events worth it? Each event is like 20-30 bucks? Some of these events are held about 1.5 hrs drive away so time is also a concern. |

CFA networking events usually tend to be mostly unemployed or underemployed people trying to break into finance. Very unlikely you'll see a PM, senior analyst, hiring manager etc that attends these things to "get candidates" |
