I was lucky enough to be in "42%" this year. Thank you Mike and the great notes you guys provide.

Just two questions:
1. do you plan to provide notes for level 2?
2. Is there anyone who has got the Level II new book "Analysis of Equity Investments: Valuation (AIMR)"? Any differences if compared with 2003 designated books (Damodaran's)?
