@2014-11-01 23:48:26		 If memory serves, I recall previous exam writers recommending that we focus on CFAI material for this reading as it is tested extensively relative to other Corp Finance readings. I can't seem to find the thread but can someone verify?

I'm going to use CFAI exclusively on this reading since I'm not familiar enough with the topic but an answer might be useful for others.
