@2015-04-20 19:52:14		 my friend got <50 in ethics but got >70 remaining all .....even though he failed. is there any such cateria?

any body tell me is there any person who got <50 in ethics and still cleared ?

Yeah, except for the whole, you know, integrity thing being somewhat important.
