A.) An analyst optains ideas from a firm's colleague - cite yes no?

B.) Analyst uses charts from a firm's colleague

to B1 - present it to a client;

B2 - to the public! without citing the source.

My conclusion: Violation? A = NO, B1 = No, B2 = Yes

Any ideas are highly appreciated!
