I have a question regarding Holding Period Return and Holding Period Yield. I was solving problems related to HPR and HPY. (Study Session 14,Reading#56,57 Page 223 Q5).

If anyone has solved that problem, please let me know why are they getting 26%. HPR by definition is (Dividend + Capital Gain)/ Initial Investment and HPY = HPR-1.

With that concept in mind I fail to understand how they are getting 26%?

If any of you can explain, would be really helpful.
