I'm a part qualified ACA in the UK disillusioned with the accountancy profession (actually that implies that i was at one point under some illusions about it so not totally accurate) I'm really interested in doing the Level 1 in December and would start studying on 1 August if I pursue it. Does anyone have any advice about the feasibility of being successful in this time frame? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks |

You have a head start in many ways as a large percentage of level 1 is financial reporting and analysis. I work with many accountants and they have passed the CFA and obtained Chartered status quite smoothly so it definitely helps. There will be areas you havent covered but 4 months should be plenty of time. |

I was very pleased with your notes and question bank. I especially like the mock exams because it helped to pull everything together.
