Hi, I am a chartered accountant from India with 9 years of post qualification experience in the fied of external and internal audits. I am planning to take up CFA Level 1 examinations in June next year. I would like to know whether this is the right kind of add on qualification for me to complement my CA qualification and experience? What could be the job prospects & salary expected and will my CA experience be considered in a job offer? I am also a cost accountant, CIA and a CIMA candidate with only 4 papers to finish. I need your advice before i launch to commence my preparations for CFA level 1. Regards U Madhavan |

madhavan its ok 2 collect all certifications 4 impression but dont expect any thing "biggy' as its only a job kinda certification too sou can opt it 2. |

I passed! I did not get a chance to tell you before the exam - but your site was excellent. I will definitely take it next year for Level II.
