My undergraduate background is in accounting and I work as Portfolio Risk Analyst, which is not investment focused but more analysis of financial statements. I like the idea of the CFA, especially the knowledge one can learn from it and use for investing purposes. My questions is whether you Investment guru?s think that this is a good path to take to really learn these investments?

I passed! I did not get a chance to tell you before the exam - but your site was excellent. I will definitely take it next year for Level II.
