i just started preparing for my level I. I know that a lot of you guys have started preparing for it a long time back and i am the odd one out. But being a hardcore optimist i am hopeful..i know i have to work harder than all you people and i will. I am gonna catch up with you. Just looking forward for your support. Tease me,scold me, provoke me,motivate me but don't let me rest until i have completed my job. |

You have tons of time. Depending on your background, if you can devote 15-25 hours from this week onwards, you should be ok. I just started myself. CFAI books arrived today. Cheers. |

I definitely have not been spending as much time studying as I should. Basically I just started studying 2 weeks ago. 3 months is enough time. |

Starting now is actually not that bad. Leaves you to study around 8 hours per weekend day. I found studying in really big blocks simulated the actual exam well, and by the end of the 10 hour ordeal (from arriving to the exam 1.5 hours early and finally leaving at 5:30 after they counted every page of everyone's exam booklet) you'll be feeling like a champ. You can definitely do it though I'd highly recommend finding a way to relieve stress and study more during the week. Also consider that a lot of your stress may be coming from the fact that you haven't done as much studying as you would have liked. In fact once you do start studying you get the opposite effect and start feeling really good about making progress and everything you do will seem less stressful. Just a thought. |
