Hi guys! I'm not sure wheter tis is a right place to enquire. I'm currently applying job + HB1 visa. I have 13 yrs experience in banking (mostly credit). My 1st degree is in Accounting and I got my MBA recently (both degrees are from UK). The questions here is, realising both degrees might not be recognised should I pursue CFA? My friend suggested me to start with CMA 1st then CFA after I got a job in a bank in US. I do hope I can work in a bank again or even Investment Bank which I have no experience at all

Hi 'bart' I'd also be interested to find out what sort of combinations are going to be relevant in the future. I am sure your MBA will always be recognised, most probably as a high level indicator of capability, broad knowledge, and ambition.
CFA is certainly a highly focussed syllabus fro investment professionals and certainly, with the surge in investment banking growth, big banks are looking fro bankers. MBA + CFA could make you quite a suitable candidate.

I was very pleased with your notes and question bank. I especially like the mock exams because it helped to pull everything together.
