Hello all, I work full time and also have a 1 year old. I'm taking the Level 1 in December. After reading a bit of the CFA text I was wondering if I should spend the time reading those books or is there another solution that wouldn't be so mind numbing. I have my degree in History so I didn't take any finance classes in school. I have 6 years experience in retail banking. I have read several threads and heard a lot of people recommend not reading the books just taking problems and then use the books to reference any questions you have. I know I have a bit of time until the test date, however my time is very limited and I do not want to have to take it again. If you have any advice it would be greatly appreciated. |

I just wanted to share the good news that I passed CFA Level I!!! Thank you for your help - I think the online question bank helped cut the clutter and made a positive difference.
