This question was raised many times before. But my situation is slightly different.

I'm 44 years old with 18 years in IT (not finance IT) and am now a Deputy Director in a Facility Management company. My desire is to take a similar IT role but in investment bank. What are my chances and how much would this CFA exams help?

I am using your study notes and I know of at least 5 other friends of mine who used it and passed the exam last Dec. Keep up your great work!
