What should I do about my CV? I passed Level 1 last year in June 2016.

If I keep "Passed Level 1" then they'll ask me in interviews about this exam won't they? And I'll have to say that I didn't pass it. That's obviously not good.

Is it better for me to just not mention the CFA at all until I've at least passed Level 2? Thanks.

Keeping Level II candidate is what I would recommend, it shows you haven't just taken level I and then given up.

Also, any manager worth working for knows there is no shame is failing level 2. One of my managers commented one day that he thinks it's better to fail level 2 once because then you have spent two years on the material instead of one and it is more likely to have sunk in more.
