It would be greatly appreciated, if anyone could remember the sections related to VC in the CFA (1,2, or 3) books to point them out as I would like to join a VC firm and wanted to refresh my knowledge. A few years ago I used analystnotes to pass my level 1 and 2 exams. Aa great site. Thanks again, and good luck to you all on the exam. |

Level II covers it a fair amount. They cover the VC method for determining share price and numbers of shares. |
