According to the GIPS Verification, anybody kindly tell me how to define the characteristics of an independent third party? Is it an independent organization or a firm run verification business or an organization accredited by CFA Institute? |

not answering the question, but if you look t the CFAI website, there will soon be a revised version of GIPS, Gold GIPS. When that will enter the syllabus, who knows. |
